Inga Witch is known throughout Sweden as the scary skier. Every Halloween, she skis through town moaning and making scary sounds. Everyone thinks she's trying to scare people, but in fact, she has warts and bunyons on her feet and the ski bindings make her feet hurt. But it's just too darn cold to fly on her broom in late October.
