Werner Claus lives in Hamburg where he is seen most of the time at the harbor, watching the ships come and go. His dachshund, Maxi, greets all the boats by wagging his tail. The bigger the boat, the faster the wag. If they blow their horn, Maxi lets out a bark in return.
