Story:
Guzman Claus is a chicken farmer from Quetzaltenango (Xela), Guatemala. He’s proud of his country’s long tradition of celebrating Misa de Gallo, the mass honoring the legend of the rooster who crowed at midnight, before Christ’s birth. He makes sure all the townsfolk have their Christmas chickens for the celebration.
